The Zen mindfulness course begins with the first module: Zen and Daily Life: Training Attention. This course aims to enhance your daily focus.
What is the Zen Mindfulness Course?
This course is a learning program that provides tools and practices to develop mindfulness. Mindfulness is a meditation-based practice rooted in Buddhist meditation traditions, adapted and popularized as a secular technique for managing stress, improving concentration, and promoting emotional well-being.
Structured group and online classes, led by a Zen master, include meditation sessions. Participants are taught and guided through various types of mindfulness meditation, such as focusing on the breath, body scanning, observing thoughts and emotions, and other related practices within mindfulness zen.
Mindfulness in Daily Life
In addition to formal meditation sessions, the course promotes practicing mindfulness in everyday activities. This includes paying full attention while eating, walking, or performing other daily tasks. The course also provides information about the fundamentals of mindfulness, scientifically proven benefits, and key theoretical concepts that support this practice. Participants are encouraged to track their personal progress using practice logs, which is an integral part of this mindfulness zen learning.
Mindfulness and Mental and Emotional Well-Being
Mindfulness is considered a powerful tool for enhancing mental and emotional well-being, reducing stress, and increasing concentration and mental clarity. However, like any skill, consistent practice and dedication are essential to experience its long-term benefits, which are major focuses in the mindfulness course.

Schedule: Saturdays from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM (In-person and online).
Price: Full 4-session course: €75 (active members: €25).
