Zen Meditation Course
Zen Kannon offers a continuos program for the improvement of meditation.
This program is destinated to all practitioners of meditation who want to improve
or review any of the three fundamental aspects: posture, breathing and attitude
of mind.
Once we have made the introduction to meditation, and we may therefore want
to improve or either refresh the technique or answer questions, by attending to
the advanced workshops, and conferences that take place in the center:
It includes Workshop Zen posture, improves body posture during meditation, for zen
practitioners or for any meditation. Workshop Zen breathing, practic exercises of attention to breathing during zen
meditation. Workshop attitude Zen mind, create a proper attitude of mind in zen meditation.
