Zen Kannon offers a four sessions program for the improvement of meditation. This program is oriented towards practitioners of meditation who want to improve or review any of the three fundamental aspects: posture, breathing and mental attitude.
After completing the introduction to meditation, we may want to improve or refresh our technique and resolve any questions we may have by attending the workshops and lectures that take place at the centre.
Zen posture workshop, to improve body posture during meditation, for practitioners of Zen or any other meditation. 20€ members. Non-members: 70 €. Reservations required: firstname.lastname@example.org
Zen breathing workshop, practical exercises of attention to breathing during Zen meditation.
Zen attitude workshop, create a proper mental attitude in Zen meditation.
