Year-End Meditation Retreat

The year-end meditation one day retreat is a practice that allows us to reflect on the year that has passed, cultivate inner peace, and prepare for the new year with a clear mind.

Meditating at the Temple

At the Zen temple on Gran Vía, we will find the tranquility and guidance needed for a meaningful Zen meditation retreat. The intensive practice of zazen will provide us with a reliable path to inner peace.

Retrospective Contemplation

At this time of the year, reflections naturally arise about the important moments of the past year—what we have learned, felt, and experienced. We will observe these reflections with acceptance and without judgment.

Letting Go and Expressing Gratitude

We will identify any emotional burdens or thoughts we wish to release. Through contemplation, we will observe how these concerns dissolve, allowing us to start anew. We will express gratitude for the experiences we have lived and the lessons we have learned. This is also a time to thank the people in our lives and appreciate the opportunities we have been given.

Intentions for the New Year

From these reflections, clear intentions for the coming year will emerge. We will expand our meditation space by maintaining silence between meditation sessions, allowing us to find peace within ourselves and connect deeply with the present moment.
