Zen Kannon offers a mindfulness course in Barcelona based on the Zen tradition. The Zen Mindfulness course teaches us to become more aware of our emotions, sensations, and thoughts in daily life. This training helps us understand what is really happening in our minds, thereby reducing stress, anxiety, and depression.

Specifically, the mindfulness practice we propose is rooted in the Buddhist tradition and a deeper understanding of being and karma. Practicing mindfulness helps us free ourselves from suffering and lead a fuller, happier life. The training is divided into three courses: Practice of Attention, Study of Karma, and Practice of Mindfulness Compassion.

Zen Mindfulness Course: Karma

First and foremost, we establish meditative habits. We focus mindfulness on action. We ask ourselves: What is Karma? Why become aware of Karma? In short, through mindfulness, we will understand our past karma. Ultimately, it is wisdom and compassion that allow us to overcome karmic conditioning and free ourselves from bad karma.
